Nordic Growth acted as M&A advisor to Agrica Ab, also known as Porvoon Peruna, and its owners on the sale of 100% of the Company.
Family business Agrica Ab, also known as Porvoon Peruna, is a Finnish foodservice wholesaler that generated over 32 M€ in revenue in FY24. The Company’s primary customer focus is on ethnic restaurants, but it also sells to other wholesale clients.
The Sellers Roger Nyqvist, Hanna Lindholm and Lina Kullberg will continue their work in the Company under new ownership. Hans Nyqvist will step down from the position of Chairman of the Board.

Takara Holdings Inc. is a listed Japanese company that engages in the manufacture and sale of alcoholic beverages, such as Japanese Sake and Whiskey, and operates businesses selling Japanese food ingredients to Japanese restaurants and retail stores in various countries around the world. Takara Holdings Inc. acquired Agrica Ab through its subsidiary T. Tazaki & Company Ltd., which is a Japanese food wholesaler in the United Kingdom.
