Top-Osa is a Finland-based manufacturer and importer of custom-made industrial sealing solutions for the use of hydraulic and pneumatic applications. The Company is well-known for its reliability, flexibility and quick deliveries of both standardized and customized seals.
Nomo Group is a Nordic multi-brand specialist of mechanical power transmission products, such as bearings and seals, and related services. The acquisition of Top-Osa acts as a strategic move to enhance Nomo’s sealing offering across the Nordics, delivering additional value for the group’s OEM and MRO customers by providing an expanded product range and technical knowledge.
Nordic Growth advised the sellers throughout the process and helped facilitate the transaction with its cross-border M&A expertise in the industrials sector.
