Joining Pihla Group offers Artic Kaihdin Oy excellent opportunities to grow as well as resources for e.g. product development and marketing.
Artic-Kaihdin manufactures, designs, and installs sun protection solutions including venetian blinds, awnings, and roller blinds. The Company has built a strong brand and long-term relationships with industry leading customers during the past ~40 years. Inwido, through Pihla Group, acquires 60% of the shares in the first step. Phase 2 will be exercised through Put and Call options following completion of the accounts for FY 2026 and the price paid for the remaining 40% of the shares will depend on the future performance of Artic-Kaihdin.
Pihla Group Oy was founded in 2004 and serves consumers, housing associations and construction industry customers. Pihla Group Oy is part of Inwido AB, which is Europe’s largest window and door manufacturer.
