Nordic Growth acted as M&A adviser to Suomen Diesel Voima (SDV) and its owners on the sale of 86% of the Company.
Suomen Diesel Voima (SDV) is a leading Finnish ~8M€ revenue generating provider of comprehensive backup power and fire pump solutions specializing in machines for exceptionally demanding conditions – both military grade and civilian. The company manufactures, provides maintenance, repairs, and installs machines and systems.
The founding members and management team consisting of Mika Peltola, Lauri Antila, and Markku Järvinen will retain 14% minority ownership in the company and continue in the company.
