Nordic Growth acted as M&A adviser in the sale of Sähkö-Huhta Oy to Consti Oyj
Sähkö-Huhta Oy specializes in electrical maintenance and installation, offering a wide range of services that include electrical work, lighting design, installation of data network cabling systems, as well as solutions for electrical vehicle charging. In 2022, Sähkö-Huhta Oy’s turnover was approximately 5,4 million euro, and the Company employes about 40 professionals in the building services sector.
The acquisition expands and deepens Consti’s expertise in the provisions of comprehensive technical building services. After the transaction, the founder of Sähkö-Huhta Oy, Pekka Huhta, will continue to serve as the CEO of Sähkö-Huhta Oy, and will join the executive board of Consti.
