We are pleased to announce that Nordic Growth acted as the M&A advisor in the sale of JPV-Engineering Oy, including its subsidiary Terimasteel Oy, to Kotera Group.
JPV-Engineering is a Finnish manufacturer and installer of heavy steel structures with a 2025 group turnover of €32 million. Its core expertise lies in demanding heavy steel structures – with a recent focus on data centers and infrastructure projects. Notable projects include the Helsinki Olympic Stadium, Kirjalansalmi bridge and several large datacenters around Finland.

Kotera Group is a Finnish construction and building services group backed by Korpi Capital and Bragnum Invest, the group comprises more than 20 companies and over 700 professionals across Finland.
