Nordic Growth acted as financial advisor in the transaction whereby the entire share capital of Teollisuusasennus P. Kaskenviita Oy was acquired by Nimlas Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm KLAR Partners.
Founded in 1989, Teollisuusasennus P. Kaskenviita Oy is a Finnish industrial services company specializing in industrial piping and equipment installations, maintenance, modernization projects, and workshop manufacturing. The company has established long-standing customer relationships, particularly within the pharmaceutical and process industries as well as the water utility sector. Its expertise covers demanding process piping systems, equipment installations, steel structures, and prefabrication services.
