Fitelnet Oy, a specialist in protection solutions for the defence sector and indoor mobile network systems, has been agreed to be sold to Caverion Suomi Oy. Nordic Growth acted as the seller’s advisor in the transaction. The transaction was signed on 16 June 2026 and remains subject to approval by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland.
Fitelnet Oy specializes in electromagnetic interference protection solutions and indoor mobile network systems. The company’s solutions protect critical electronic systems from electromagnetic interference and support the reliable operation of both commercial and authority networks.
Fitelnet’s expertise is particularly relevant to the defence industry, public authorities, and critical infrastructure, where requirements related to quality, security, and traceability are exceptionally high.

Upon completion of the transaction, Caverion will strengthen its specialized expertise within security-related services. Demand for electromagnetic interference protection solutions is expected to grow, particularly in the defence sector and in critical infrastructure segments such as energy and data infrastructure.
